So the country looks set to ‘open up’ on the 19th July when COVID restrictions are set to be relaxed. What about care services? Well, the limit on visitors will be lifted, but everything else stays as it was. PPE guidance remains, and we will all be expected to maintain the strict infection control measures we currently have in place.

We seem to be updating our COVID policies on a weekly basis at the moment, so if you are subscribed to our policy app you will know you are following the latest guidance. Otherwise, you will need to regularly review the latest guidance and ensure your policies and practice reflect that guidance.
